Meet Teri:

A PSC (Pilates Sports Center) Certified Pilates Instructor and RRCA (Road Runner's Club of America) Certified Running Coach. She is a former high school and college athlete and long-distance runner, participating in races ranging from 5ks to a full marathon.

Teri started taking Pilates classes as a supplemental workout to running to help with stretching and strengthening her body.  After realizing the benefits and versatility of Pilates workouts, she decided to dedicate herself to introducing and helping others through Pilates instruction.

Teri's journey began with a diagnosis that would shake her to her core. Like many others, she faced the daunting news of breast cancer. Teri approached her battle with determination, taking charge of her health instead of letting fear consume her.

In her quest to prepare herself physically and mentally for the upcoming challenges, Teri turned to her Pilates foundation and experience. She believed that strengthening her body and mind would be her best weapon in the fight against breast cancer.

With its focus on core strength, flexibility, and controlled movements, Pilates became a powerful ally in her fight against cancer. The discipline and dedication required for Pilates training mirrored the resilience she needed to overcome her diagnosis.

Teri's story is one of resilience, strength, and the heart and drive to serve others. A breast cancer survivor, she discovered a passion that would transform her life and the lives of many others.
