Great Soles offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. All products must be returned in their original, resalable condition to qualify for a full refund. If your return request is due to defective or damaged item, please send a picture detailing the damage along with your request for a return or exchange. We also ask that your store extend, at minimum, a 30-day return policy for your retail customers. No returns or exchanges are permitted on final sale merchandise.

All return requests should be initiated by filling out our return request form found through the “Return Policy” link in the footer of our website. Great Soles must acknowledge all orders before they can be processed. Please do not ship products back to Great Soles until you are instructed to do so. For return orders not related to defects or damage, Great Soles will charge a 15% restocking fee on all product returned. Once we process your return we will send you a FREE USPS shipping label.


Shipping & Returns

All orders are expected to arrive 2 - 8 days from the ship date. Additional transit times will be quoted for upgraded shipping choices.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Checks or Money Orders

Customers must be pre-approved by the Great Soles team before accepting checks and money orders. To request approval, send an email to payments@great-soles.com with "Request to pay by check or money order" in the email subject. Detail the quantity and style of socks you wish to purchase. Also, provide your studio name and location (if applicable). You will receive a response within 24 hours. Great Soles will not ship out product until checks or money orders are cleared for first time buyers.
