What items are eligible for returns / exchanges? All of our socks are eligible for returns or exchanges
How long do I have to return or exchange an item? 60 days for all website retail orders
How much is the return shipping fee? Returns are free Returns are free, but wholesale orders are subject to a 15% restocking charge
Is the shipping fee charged for exchanges? Any replacement items required will be sent free of charge
Are there limitations on returning specific merchandise? Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

RETAIL ORDERS (website)

Great Soles offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold via our website for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. All products must be returned unused and in their original, resalable condition to qualify for a refund. If your return request is due to defective or damaged item, please send a picture detailing the damage along with your request for a return or exchange. 

All return requests should be initiated by emailing info@great-soles.com. Please include your order number, the reason for your return, and a photo depicting evidence of damage or defect (if applicable). All returns must be acknowledged by Great Soles before they can be processed. Please do not ship products back to Great Soles unless you are instructed to do so. Once we process your return we will send you FREE return shipping label for you to return your product with.


RETAIL ORDERS (in-store)

Great Soles offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold via our retailers for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. If your return is due to defective or damaged item, bring it to your retailer to exchange it for another item. For all other return reasons, please consult your retailers return policy on products. To complete your return, you may require a receipt or proof of purchase.  


WHOLESALE ORDERS

Great Soles offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all wholesale products for up to 60 days from the date of purchase.  All products must be returned in their original, resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.  If your return request is due to defective or damaged item, please send a picture detailing the damage along with your request for a return or exchange.  We ask that your store extend, at minimum, a 30 return policy for your retail customers.

All return requests should be initiated by emailing info@great-soles.com.  All returns must be acknowledged by Great Soles before they can be processed.  Please do not ship products back to Great Soles unless you are instructed to do so.  For returns not related to defects or damage, Great Soles will charge a 15% restocking fee on all product returned. Once we process your return we will send you FREE return shipping label for you to return your product with.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@greatsoles.com.
